Our Elevated Standard of Care
TCN EDU
So much of mental health care delivery is learned on the job. TCN EDU is an internal training and continuing education program where our team members stay up to date on the latest mental health topics from their peers and colleagues. These sessions offer continuing education (CE) credits and cover clinical skills, unique populations, specific diagnoses, and innovative modalities.
Provider Growth
We offer structured growth and development opportunities so providers can deliver the highest quality care, including paid supervision for new and experienced therapists, licensure support, leadership opportunities, and grand rounds.
Advanced Treatment
Our clients experience better outcomes when our providers can work together to create tailored treatment plans. Our providers collaborate on client cases and have access to life-changing treatments. We offer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato® at many of our clinics, which exposes providers and clients to advanced treatment options.
